The County of San Diego (COSD) Health and Human Services Agency, in collaboration with various partners, engages a wide range of perspectives to improve the health and safety, and overall quality of life in communities. This strengthens our approach to the delivery of programs and services, making sure that they are culturally, and linguistically responsive to meet the needs of our diverse communities. In the proposed panel discussion, participants will learn practical steps to adopting promising and meaningful engagement practices, share community frameworks based on learning and continuous improvement, as well as provide examples of shared community strategies to address the most pressing community challenges and achieve more equitable outcomes.
