Amanda Schultz, MPH, Director, San Diego County Promotores Coalition -brings more than 15 years of nonprofit leadership experience facilitating community-centered policy, systems and environmental changes at the intersection of health and social justice. In her role as Director of the San Diego County Promotores Coalition, Amanda currently supports the Coalition in implementing their mission to strengthen CHW/Promotores’ capacity to build equitable and resilient communities through education, strategic partnerships and advocacy. Amanda draws on nearly two decades of working directly with community health workers, promotores and resident leaders on a variety of projects related to economic development, nutrition security, reproductive and environmental health across five countries and multiple states.
