Jose Mireles MPA, has been part of SBCS Corporation since 2006 and has served multiple leadership roles. Mr. Mireles has supervised programs offering emergency shelter, economic stability, and housing programs. In 2013, Mr. Mireles transitioned to the role of Program Manager of Chula Vista Promise Neighborhood and in 2019 expanded to San Diego Promise Neighborhood. As Program Manager, Mr. Mireles is responsible for oversight of the cradle-to-career continuum of services which includes working in partnership with schools and community-based organizations to provide services in the Promise Neighborhood communities of Chula Vista, San Ysidro, and Barrio Logan/Logan Heights in California. Mr. Mireles has oversight of a range of programs, including the Resident Leadership Academy (RLA).
