Janet Barragan-MSW, HHSA Departmental Chief and Regional Community Coordinator. Has served the southern border region for over 20 years in different capacities, successfully leading different community engagement efforts to serve vulnerable populations, most recently serving as a Regional Community Coordinator in the Department of Homeless Solutions and Equitable Communities. Currently overseeing the Community Health Worker Program implementation within the County of San Diego, including the deployment of a Community Health Worker training curriculum.
