As the Chief Executive Officer of Pearl Interactive Network, a BPO contact center with multi-channel
capabilities including health and beneficiary care and behavioral and mental health counseling, I am responsible for developing and executing the firm's vision, strategy, and growth, as well as overseeing the operations, performance, and culture. Pearl has a deep focus on hiring people with barriers to work, such as people living in economically challenged areas and HUBZones, persons with disabilities, Veterans, and military spouses.

In addition to leading Pearl, I co-chair an alumni board at the Yale School of Management, sit on the board of Butterfly Dreamz, and serve as the Regional Vice President of the Robert Toigo Foundation. As a recipient of the Yale Alumni Association Volunteer Leadership Award, I am deeply passionate about service and enhancing the outcomes of individuals and communities through meaningful engagement and collaboration.
