NAIC NextGen Symposium
NextGen Symposium is our industry-leading series of intensive training sessions dedicated to educating and empowering a new generation of female and ethnically diverse general partners.
Nine immersive sessions are designed to provide participants with comprehensive information about how to build a successful firm and effectively navigate the process of raising capital. Our unique approach allows attendees to learn from executives who have successfully raised funds and service providers who will address the complexity of running a firm and fundraising. Participants will also hear valuable insights from capital allocators and learn about resources available to help them as their firm grows.
New in 2025! Symposium participants who have already launched a firm have the option of attending a capstone session in person in New York City. The capstone session will be followed by a 90-minute networking session with service providers and industry leaders who are committed to helping diverse-owned firms succeed.
