Jonathan is a partner at EY who has extensive experience in the asset management industry. He oversees a variety of projects including integrated audits, coordination of services provided by other offices and service lines and managing large engagement teams of EY professionals. Jonathan has dealt extensively with issues related to investment companies and broker dealers. His areas of significant experience include corporate and investment company accounting and reporting, investment valuation, consolidation, revenue recognition, business combinations, transfers of financial assets, broker dealer regulatory reporting and other issues relevant to the financial services, asset management and banking industries. Jonathan graduated from Binghamton University with a B.S. in Accounting and minor in Economics. He is a Certified Public Accountant in New York and California and member of the AICPA.
