NCBMP HOSTED PLANNER PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Our event is designed to help you work smarter, not harder. We'll do all the hard work, so you can focus on maximizing business opportunities, building powerful relationships with industry peers and being your authentic self. Once accepted into the Hosted Planner Program, your registration, hotel accommodations and flight are complimentary or reimbursable.
HOSTED PLANNER PROGRAM INCLUDES
- Full Conference Registration
- Includes access to educational breakouts, expo hall, conference Hub, opening reception, general session, chairman’s reception, all meal events and closing gala.
- Reimbursable round-trip airfare of $350.00 (this cost is paid after the event, upon completion of onsite commitments and receipt submission.)
- Round-trip airport ground transportation
- Complimentary hotel accommodations (December 6-9, 2023)
- Virtual Hosted Planner orientation
- Exclusive Hosted Planner Breakfast & Sponsor Presentation
- Exclusive invites to networking receptions during the conference
- Select virtual destination appointments pre-conference.
HOSTED PLANNER QUALIFICATIONS
- Participants must be an official decision-maker or company of record for conferences, events and/or exhibitions of a national or global organization.
- Participants must have at least one active RFP for 2024 or beyond.
- Participant must agree to the terms and conditions listed below.
- Applicant may not qualify if they were a hosted planner within the last (3) years.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Application must be submitted by Friday, September 1, 2023.
- Participants must visit the NCBMP Exchange hall during operating hours and capture a minimum of 25 signatures from selected suppliers.
- Accepted participants must agree to visit the Discover Atlanta booth during the exhibit show.
- NCBMP will only accept one (1) application per individual planner.
- Participants must attend a reasonable number of breakouts (no less than 2 per day), all general sessions and meal functions.
- Participants must attend virtual Hosted Planner orientation (TBD)
- Participant must attend Exclusive Hosted Planner Breakfast & Sponsor Presentation
- Participants must attend select virtual destination appointments pre-conference.
- Participation in the Hosted Planner Program will be limited to one (1) participant per organization.
- Applicants not accepted to the Hosted Planner Program may qualify for a 10% discount on their 2023 conference registration.
- Participants are required to complete the attendee post-show survey by December 20, 2023.
- NCBMP reserves the right to limit the number of Hosted Planner opportunities.
- NCBMP reserves the right to change program qualification parameters, terms, and conditions.
