Hotel Accommodations

Luskin Conference Center & Hotel
425 Westwood Plaza, Los Angeles, CA 90095

If you reserved a room at the Luskin Conference Center, you should have received an email confirmation directly from the hotel. If you did not receive a confirmation, please contact the Luskin to confirm your room at 855-LCC-UCLA (522-8252).

Should you need to make any changes, please contact the hotel directly. If you need to cancel your room, please note Luskin's Cancellation Policy:

Guests may cancel their reservation without penalty up to 4:00 PM (PST) one day prior to arrival. 

Parking Information

The Luskin Conference Center has a limited number of parking spaces to accommodate overnight guests. When parking is filled to capacity or for events, adjacent parking structure 8 may be utilized.

Parking (Overnight - Luskin Conference Center): $37.00 per car/night

Parking (Overnight - Structure 8): $32.00 per car/night

Parking (Daily - Structure 8): $17.00 per car/day

Transportation

Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is the primary airport serving the city and is located approximately 12 miles from the UCLA Meyer and Renee Luskin Conference Center.

  • Travel Time: Depending on traffic, travel time from LAX to the Luskin Center ranges from 30 to 60 minutes.
  • Ground Transportation Options:
    • Rideshare services (Uber/Lyft)
    • Taxis
    • Private car service
    • Rental cars (Note: Parking at Luskin Center is limited and subject to availability)

Meetings will take place on the 2nd floor of the Luskin Conference Center in various rooms - if you signed up for this event, you will receive a calendar invite with details pertaining to your specific meeting place and time. 

Check-In:
Please arrive early to check-in. The check-in desk will be located on the 2nd floor, just outside the Optimist Room.

We invite you to join us for the Welcome Reception on Wednesday, October 1, at the iconic Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles. The evening begins with a Networking Cocktail Reception from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM (1st floor), followed by dinner from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM (4th floor). This special event offers a unique opportunity to connect with fellow attendees while enjoying an unforgettable setting. The dress code is cocktail attire, with a festive flair.

Transportation:
Welcome Reception Transportation Sponsored by The Copia Group. The Copia Group is pleased to provide attendees with a $25 Uber voucher for transportation from the Luskin to the Welcome Reception.

Driving Directions: 
It’s a busy traffic time so allow at least 45 minutes to get to the Petersen Museum from the Luskin. Guests arriving by rideshare should instruct their driver to enter the parking structure (IMPORTANT - Stopping on Fairfax or Wilshire is not permitted). The driver will pull a ticket at the gate, drop guests off inside the structure, and then use the same ticket to exit. The first 15 minutes are free, so no validation is needed.

Check-In/Name Badge

The check-in desk will open on Wednesday, October 1 at 9:00 AM.
We recommend checking in at your earliest convenience. The registration desk will be located on the first floor (follow signs from the lobby to the Centennial Ballroom). Hours for badge pickup / check-in:

Name Badge

Please pick up your name badge at the check-in desk on Wednesday and remember to wear your name badge at all times. Name badges will be required for all events and meal functions.
