Kim Addie is a dynamic and results-driven leader, currently serving as the Vice President of Strategy and Impact for Kindred Futures, an organization dedicated to activating shared prosperity for Black communities through impactful solutions, movement building, and catalytic capital. She has successfully guided more than $21 million in public-private partnerships, managing diverse investment portfolios and leading the development of a 3.5M racial equity fund focused on supporting grassroots organizations and investing in movement-building infrastructure. In her role at Kindred Futures, Kim leads efforts to define, design, and implement inclusive and equitable community wealth-building strategies that promote freedom and economic justice. Her work is grounded in community engagement and is committed to actionable strategies that lead with solutions.
