Karen Connolly, M.S.W., M.P.H., is a workforce development leader focused on breaking barriers, building careers, and strengthening communities. As Chief Impact Officer at Good for Others Foundation, she leads development of the Southern Border region’s Nonprofit Consortium, supporting nonprofits, labor unions, and workforce boards with technical assistance and capacity building. Karen began her career in healthcare workforce programs at the San Diego Workforce Partnership and later managed HIV care and prevention services at Family Health Centers of San Diego. A San Diego native, she is dedicated to expanding access to career pathways and driving collaborative, community-centered workforce solutions.
