With a background in Public Affairs, Government Relations and Community Programs, she has spent the last decade specializing in traffic safety and injury prevention. Through her work in traffic safety, she has found a passion for educating professionals and the community, as well as forming and working on coalitions to help spread a larger public safety message through empowerment, education and support. Currently, she is the trauma injury prevention and community outreach coordinator for Scripps Mercy Hospital, an adult level 1 trauma center, and utilizes her experiences and knowledge to continue to help raise awareness and create a positive change in our community. Most importantly, she is a true foodie at heart and always up for a good Netflix binge.
