Dr. Karen Briggs is a healthcare executive who advocates that the key to achieving an organization’s goals is in their TLC—talent, leadership, and culture. She works with leaders to honor the unique contributions of individuals and ensure employees see how their role directly impacts the communities they serve, knowing this is the most effective way to build strong teams and advance the organization’s work.

She currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources and Workforce Development at Rady Children’s Hospital where she works with an extraordinary team of leaders and HR professionals to build a culture where employees feel valued and cared for, so they can provide the best care to the children and families in our community.

Karen has a PhD in Leadership Studies, a M.Ed in Cross Cultural Teaching, and a BA in History.
