Attendees will get a general overview of the Sheriff's Department and hear how their "What to Expect Series", which covers safety courses, connects and presents to refugees and immigrants on navigating basic public safety standards and provides resources to eliminate barriers that may arise as they settle into their new community. You will also hear from two key partners on the power of collaboration. SDCOE Migrant Ed Program and the International Rescue Committee (IRC). Join us for a fun and interactive session!
