Equitable health communications can only be achieved with intentionality at every step of the program development and implementation process. Rescue Agency has been creating equitable health communications for more than 21 years and has created an Intentional Equity Framework with 3 Key Pillars: Applied Empathy, Authentic Narratives, and Needs-Based Implementation. These key pillars are the foundation to creating tailored, evidence-based intentionally equitable behavior change campaigns. Participants will hear tips and strategies on how to differentiate between audience segments and identify the right strategy, message, and delivery method for equitable health communication.
