Rahkiah joined the Purpose-Built Communities network in October of 2023 as the CEO of the South City Foundation located in Tallahassee, FL. In her previous role as Director of Community Impact at United Way of North Central Florida, she worked to weave together data and collaboration to address complex issues. Starting her journey at the University of Florida, Rahkiah honed her skills in Family, Youth, and Community Sciences, laying a solid foundation for her career which is marked by a strong emphasis on using data to guide grant management processes, assess program impact, and refine outreach strategies. Rahkiah's impact strategy is largely focused on gathering and analyzing community feedback to help tailor resources to achieve the most significant impact.

Outside the office, Rahkiah is playing violin, trying new foods, soaking in the outdoors, spending time with family and friends or riding roller coasters.
