Gavin McGuire currently serves as the Executive Director of the Grove Park Foundation, overseeing multi-million-dollar investments in Housing, Economic Development, Health and Wellness, and Education on the Westside of Atlanta. His leadership has catalyzed significant positive change in these communities.

Prior to his current role, Gavin held the position of Chief Operating Officer at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeastern Michigan, where he played a pivotal role in organizational growth and impact.

With extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, Gavin previously served as the Executive Director of the Ambassador Andrew Young YMCA and as CEO of Usher's New Look Foundation, an organization founded by the Grammy award-winning recording artist Usher. Under his guidance, these organizations flourished and made lasting impacts on the lives of thousands of youth and families.

In 2005, Gavin launched McGuire Impact Group, a consulting firm providing essential support to nonprofits, foundations, faith-based institutions, and small businesses. Through his consultancy, he has helped raise over $50 million to sustain and expand various impactful initiatives.

A native of New Orleans, Gavin McGuire is a proud graduate of Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia. He embodies the principles of servant leadership, dedicating his career to community building, organizational development, and fostering environments where people can thrive.
