Mark Shamley serves as Vice President of Community Impact at Lift Orlando, where he leads
strategies focused on neighborhood operations, health & wellbeing, education, and economic
viability. In this role, he works closely with residents, nonprofits, and business leaders to ensure
investments in Orlando’s neighborhoods translate into meaningful and lasting opportunities for
children and families.
Before joining Lift Orlando, Mark held leadership roles that bridge corporate responsibility, civic
engagement, and youth development. He was Executive Vice President & COO of the World
Federation of Youth Clubs, an organization born out of Boys & Girls Clubs of America, which
expanded programming across dozens of countries to serve tens of thousands of youth. His
career also includes leading global sustainability and social impact at Tupperware Brands,
serving as President & CEO of the Association of Corporate Citizenship Professionals, and
managing community relations and government affairs for the Orlando Magic, where he was
instrumental in advancing the Orlando Magic Youth Foundation. Earlier in his career, he worked
in cause-related marketing for Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
Mark holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Marist College and an MBA in International
Business from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College. Beyond his
professional commitments, he enjoys spending time outdoors and with his family, experiences
that keep him grounded and inspired in his work to strengthen communities.
