Anna N. Kinchens, M.Ed., serves as the Early Childhood Education Specialist at Lift Orlando, bringing over two decades of dedicated service in the educational sector. Her career began in Miami, FL, where she embarked on her educational journey, later moving to Orlando, FL, to continue her commitment to teaching in the vibrant Parramore community of Downtown Orlando.

Renowned for her deep passion and steadfast commitment, Anna has made significant contributions to the lives of many children and families, serving not only as a teacher but also as a cherished mentor. Over the past ten years, her focus has shifted towards Early Childhood Education. In this capacity, she has played pivotal roles, including serving as the Manager for the Parramore Baby Institute at the Early Learning Coalition of Orange County and as the Director of Frontline Outreach, a center dedicated to early childhood education.

In addition to her professional roles, Anna is the founder of EnlightHer LLC, through which she passionately advocates for students and parents, while also providing expert consultancy in education. On a personal note, Anna is a devoted mother to two daughters. Together, they share a love for travel and indulging in spa days, enjoying life's simple pleasures.
