There are many types of financing sources available for community development projects. The right combination of such sources can turn into a viable deal. Using several real development project examples, panelists will break down creative approaches and how layered financing made these deals work. Attendees will learn about available financing and funding tools, review actual development budgets, and analyze project sources and uses. Participants are encouraged to bring questions about their development project financing needs as well as share any creative approaches they have tried as we strive to learn from one another.
