With deep expertise in organization and talent strategy, workforce development, culture and inclusive practices, Kimberly brings a proven ability to drive meaningful change. She’s also a certified performance coach who supports leaders and teams in developing stronger communication, cultivating high-performing behaviors and outcomes, and navigating transformation with confidence.

An alumna of the University of Maryland, Kimberly has a B.S. in Management, Master of Professional Studies in Industrial Organizational Psychology and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Leadership.

Kimberly serves on The Association for Talent Development Strategy Committee and Public Policy Advisory Council and is a former member of the ATD Metro Board of Directors. She is especially passionate about creating opportunities for women and girls through social, educational, and professional empowerment.
