Over her 26-year career, Naomi has managed more than $290 million in construction projects, including $140 million as a Senior Project Manager. Born in a small village in Jamaica, her early life was shaped by art, community, and a desire to use architecture as a tool for social impact. That commitment continues through her role as a co-founder and co-chair of Black Architects in the Making (BAM), where she mentors and inspires students from diverse backgrounds. Naomi is deeply engaged in professional service and mentorship through organizations including BAM, AIA Miami, Women in Architecture, and CKLDP, with a particular focus on advancing equity and increasing the representation of Black women in the profession. A graduate of the University of Miami School of Architecture, she has lived in Miami for over 30 years and is the proud mother of a 25-year-old son.
