Reginald Binford Jr. is the founder and managing partner at Proviso Capital. He previously held investment banking positions at Wombat Capital, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch and consulting positions at Accordion Partners and Accenture. Prior to pursuing a career in investment banking, Binford worked as a consultant at Accenture. He currently serves on the corporate boards of Kerr Consulting and Innovative Companies.


Binford earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business where he concentrated in finance, accounting and strategic management. He completed his undergraduate studies at Washington University in St. Louis where he earned a B.S. in computer science and a B.S./B.A. in finance.
