Damien a principal in EY’s SAT practice and serves clients in the asset management sector. Damien has over 20-years of valuation experience performing valuation analyses for various types of assets and liabilities in connection with portfolio company valuations for private equity and venture capital funds, business enterprise transactions, domestic and cross-border sale/lease transactions, tangible asset transactions and project financing transactions.
►Damien has performed enterprise value allocations for tax and financial reporting purposes within the consumer products, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, technology and automotive sectors.
►Additionally, Damien has performed valuation studies for project financing and cross-border sale/lease transactions for assets including heavy and light rail infrastructure, railway equipment, manufacturing facilities, automobile manufacturers, automobile fleets and telecommunications equipment.
►Damien has also performed cost segregation studies in connection with purchase price allocation analyses.
►Damien received his Master of Business Administration, Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey. Damien received a Master of Science in environmental engineering, and a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
►Damien is also a licensed professional engineer in the State of New Jersey.
