Mildred Idada is the Managing Partner and Founder of Open Web Collective (OWC), a Blockchain and Web3 venture firm and accelerator. Mildred joined the crypto industry in 2020 as an early team member of NEAR Protocol, where she founded and led the company’s venture capital investment division. Prior to joining NEAR, Mildred worked at KKR & Co. as a member of the Client and Partner Group, actively involved in business development & capital raising activities, and prior to that was a member of KKR's Technology team.
