Mr. Guo, is a Senior Solutions Engineer within BlackRock Solutions in the Americas, focused on alternative assets. Mr. Guo and his team are responsible for providing product and subject matter expertise by working with clients to understand their needs and demonstrate the capabilities of the alternative’s platform across deal origination, analytics, and accounting.

Mr. Guo joined BlackRock in 2019 through the acquisition of eFront Financial Solutions. eFront supports the end-to-end lifecycle for alternative investments professionals investing in Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Private Credit and Funds of Funds. Prior to eFront, Mr. Guo worked at Advent Software as a Professional Services Consultant and Solutions Engineer.

Mr. Guo has a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Rochester Institute of Technology.
