Suzanne is head of Launch With GS, Goldman Sachs’ $1 billion investment strategy grounded in the firm's data-driven thesis that diverse teams drive strong returns. Suzanne serves on the Asset Management Sustainability Council and the steering committee for One Million Black Women. She is also a member of the steering committee for the Goldman Sachs Americas Disability Interest Forum. Previously, Suzanne was global co-head of the Alternative Investments & Manager Selection Group (AIMS) Private Equity Primaries team, responsible for the manager selection and portfolio construction for private equity manager investments. She first joined Goldman Sachs as an analyst in 2001, and rejoined as an associate in 2005 in the AIMS private equity investment team, focusing on secondaries through the AIMS Vintage Funds program. Suzanne was named managing director in 2012. Suzanne serves on the board of Lime Connect, which prepares high potential university students with disabilities for careers. She also serves on board of Turnaround for Children. Suzanne earned a BA, magna cum laude, in History and Literature from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
