Tony Scurry is an event designer and business owner. He works on a variety of events, meetings, and conventions, from 20 attendees to more than 10,000. Tony has been in business for almost 20 years and is the proud Founder/Owner of 7 Pointe Planning and Anthony Event Designs. He is the 2021 PCMA Capital Chapter Rising Star Awardee, a 2022 finalist for the PCMA Professional Excellence Awards in the Event Designer of the Year category, and most recently was named the MPI Potomac Chapter 2023 Distinguished Leader.
Creative, thoughtful, patient, organized, and thorough are all adjectives used to describe Tony Scurry. He believes the events he creates do what they are intended to do, connect people. However, he also believes the events he creates should leave an impact that positively resonates with a community.
