In the position of National Sales Manager, Tasha Squires is responsible for soliciting, negotiating, contracting, and closing on group accounts. Tasha acts as a lead liaison for MGM Regional properties, focused on the Mid-Atlantic region, where she strategizes to generate group business opportunities for the regional resorts. She supports accounts in the United States, the Diversity market, and intermediary affiliates HelmsBriscoe, and Conference Direct.
Tasha graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Administration.
She is also a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) with Thirty-plus years of experience in hospitality. She has belonged to a number of professional organizations, currently NCBMP, (serving as the Co-Chair of the Membership Committee); MPI, Potomac Chapter, (serving on the Certification, and Career Development Committee, and a 2023 CMP Prep Facilitator.
