NewTown Macon offers a uniquely broad set of lessons on how to grow the financial resource base necessary to invest in and steward a neighborhood or town. With good leadership, close collaboration across city leaders, and broad local support, the organization has incrementally grown both its resources and ambition of its initiatives year by year.
