Regina Hall, MS, MPA is a bold, and creative leader who has dedicated her professional career to public service.

Previously working in local and federal government, Hall transitioned to nonprofit management in 2019 as the Executive Director of Boston-Thurmond United (BTU). Her goal is to develop innovative strategies to combat intergenerational poverty at the neighborhood level through education, housing, and community wellness.
She is focused on producing equitable birth outcomes in the 27105 zip-code of Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Hall is a native of Winston-Salem, and holds a communication degree from East Carolina University. She has a master’s degree in psychology from Virginia State University and a master’s in public administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Outside of work, Hall serves her community as a member of the Winston-Salem City Council. She is married to DeWayne. They have two daughters; Morgan and Mia.
