Rachel Greene has a diverse background in the nonprofit sector spanning microfinance, arts administration, and international education. She currently manages Bayou Microfund and serves as the Capital Access Manager for its Kiva Houston Referral Hub, helping entrepreneurs access critical interest free micro-funding and business education. She spent a seven-year stint living in Japan where she coordinated international playwriting exchanges, taught private English lessons and studied sustainable businesses. She is passionate about patient capital, entrepreneurship, intercultural communication, community-building and the arts. She is currently working on earning her certification in The Trauma of Money Method™ to better understand how to help entrepreneurs create financial safety and well-being.
