Kaitlin Garrett is the Executive Director of Growing Together, a position she has held for the past year and a half, after serving as the Director of Operations and Deputy Director for over 7 years. With a background in both Organizational Leadership (BS) and Spanish (BA), Kaitlin brings a diverse skill set to her role. Prior to joining Growing Together, she gained valuable experience in K-12 education operations, which laid the foundation for her work in nonprofit management and leadership.

At Growing Together, Kaitlin has been instrumental in developing operational standards, project management processes, HR systems, and grants administration. She has played a key role in designing the organizational structure for strategic program design and implementation, and in forging strong partnerships to drive the organization’s success.
