Carson is the MINT (Mixed-Income Neighborhood Trust) Director at East Colfax Community Collective, an advocacy organization in the East Colfax corridor of Denver and Aurora focused on fighting displacement and building collective power. In his role as, Carson manages a portfolio of affordable apartments, leads efforts to expand the portfolio through additional acquisitions, and organizes community members to lead the East Colfax MINT. Carson brings both a passion for housing justice and expertise in affordable housing to his work.

Through his professional and organizing work, Carson has recognized the central role of stable, dignified housing in community health and is committed to creating durable housing solutions while building community power.
