Dan Vasquez is a Group Program Manager in the County of San Diego’s Department of Human Resources, where he focuses on digital streamlining, process automation, and cultivating internal champions for inclusive workplace change. With over 15 years in local government, Dan transitioned from Emergency Services—where he led regional disaster preparedness efforts—to Human Resources, continuing in his leadership role within the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion division. He serves on the board of the County’s DiverseAbility Employee Resource Group and participates on multiple countywide committees dedicated to advancing equity and inclusion through collaborative, systems-based solutions that improve access and service for all.
