Tana Lepule is a longtime community advocate, consultant, and researcher with over 20 years of experience working alongside AA and NHPI communities. He formerly served as Director of Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander Affairs at APPEAL, and continues to support culturally responsive health, education, and social initiatives. Tana specializes in developing accessible programs, providing training and technical assistance, and building capacity across community and institutional settings. Tana currently serves as Board President of the Pacific Islander Festival Association (PIFA) and has served on several boards, including APIAVote, California Pan-Ethnic Health Network, and the San Diego Police Chief’s Advisory Board.
