Scott Pirrello is the head of elder abuse prosecutions for the San Diego District Attorney’s Office and he has been a prosecutor for almost 20 years specializing in all aspects of elder abuse for the last 10 years. Scott is a national expert in Elder Fraud and helped in the creation of San Diego’s first in the nation Elder Justice Task Force working with the FBI, Dept. of Justice, Adult Protective Services, and local law enforcement to combat elder scams in San Diego and beyond.
