Nancy Starr has over 20 years of experience in the Public Health field focusing on oral health. She is a registered dental hygienist and graduated from San Diego State University with a Master’s in Public Health. She worked as a clinical hygienist for 14 years and now continues her work in Public Health through developing materials, shaping policy, and coordinating preventive services. Ms. Starr is passionate and committed to improving oral health equity for all in San Diego.
