Dr. Monica N. Loyce is a visionary leader and serves as a District Advisor for Community Schools for the San Diego County Office of Education. A former award-winning school principal and SDSU doctoral professor, she began her career in Human Resources before becoming a transformative TK–12 school counselor leader and administrator. Dr. Loyce is a trusted mentor, community leader, and advocate for youth and families. Known for her integrity, warmth, and collaborative spirit, she holds three degrees from San Diego State University, including a doctorate in Educational Leadership.
