Amber Joy Weber's career has been dedicated to enhancing quality of life and helping youth reach their potential. Before joining the Promise Zone, she managed the City's Employ & Empower internship program and served as Chief Service Officer in the Office of Mayor Cheryl Cox in Chula Vista. Amber has also held key roles at the San Diego Youth Symphony and Spivey Hall and is a Teach For America alumna. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan, an MAT from Johns Hopkins University, and an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
