Nicole Milner, MPH, EMBA, is a strategic operations leader with over 15 years of experience driving growth, equity, and organizational transformation. A Southeast San Diego native, she serves as Senior Leader of Strategy & Operations at State Insulation and co-founded Black Women Adventures, a wellness nonprofit. Nicole holds degrees from UC Santa Cruz, Brown University, and Quantic School of Business. A 2025 honoree for Black Leaders of Influence and Women of Influence in Construction, she is dedicated to empowering communities, developing young entrepreneurs, and building generational health through collaboration, innovation, and inclusive leadership.
