Maurice Wilson is a retired Navy Master Chief Petty Officer and nationally recognized leader in veteran reintegration. As First Vice President of the San Diego Veterans Coalition, he brings over a decade of experience designing innovative solutions that support transitioning service members and their families. Maurice co-founded the REBOOT Workshop™ and leads the National Veterans Transition Services, Inc. (NVTSI). His pioneering work—including the CMVR model, MYTT365 app, and Job-Set AI platform—has earned national honors, including the White House Champion of Change. Maurice remains dedicated to building collaborative strategies that strengthen San Diego’s veteran workforce and community integration systems.
