Dr. Erin Mahoney is an experienced educator with over 15 years in roles including Special Education teacher, site administrator, and SELPA Executive Consultant. Skilled in human-centered design processes, she has successfully led school site, district, and statewide improvement efforts with positive outcomes for students. With experience in leading professional learning and Technical Assistance, her areas of focus include community schools, community engagement, preventing disproportionality, implementing MTSS and PBIS, supporting inclusive practices, data literacy and setting up systems to support overall student achievement. Her strong commitment to supporting the whole child is evidenced through a passion to ensure every student is known for their strengths and is provided the specific support they need to be successful academically and in life.
