Dr. Monica Loyce is a proud native of San Diego, California. Currently, Dr. Loyce serves the community of San Diego County as a District Advisor of Community Schools at the San Diego County Office of Education. Dr. Loyce is known for being a humble TK-12 servant leader who collaboratively inspires students, staff, and families to thrive while creating the enabling conditions for quality teaching and learning. Before becoming a school principal, she was an assistant principal, a school counselor at all academic levels, and a Senior Human Resources Representative at SeaWorld San Diego. Additionally, she serves on various community boards, coaches new administrators, and has taught in the San Diego State University doctoral program and community college.
