Maria Concepcion Hernandez is dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people. Raised in Fallbrook, California, she has spent the past four years working in nonprofit organizations, supporting both youth and adults with disabilities. As a Health Educator at Vista Community Clinic, Maria promotes health and wellness among the community's young members. She is currently pursuing a degree in Marketing at Cal State San Marcos, building on her Associate Degrees in Science and Arts. Passionate about the intersection of health, education, and community engagement, she strives to empower youth through education, mentorship, and advocacy, believing that collective effort and dedication can foster healthier, more vibrant communities.
