Mathew Brown is a Chief of Agency Operations for the County of San Diego’s, Homeless Solution and Equitable Communities in the Office or Homeless Solutions (HSEC-OHS) and has been with the department since it was created in July 2021. Prior to this role he oversaw operations and the Northeast Family Resource Center. As part of the County’s pandemic response, he oversaw the County’s role in the Convention Center sheltering projects including Operation Shelter to Home that sheltered people experiencing homelessness and Operation Artemus that sheltered unaccompanied minors.
