As Community Health Promotion Specialist, in the Office of Child & Family Strengthening under the Department of Child & Family Well-Being, my role includes oversight and coordination of support and programming for Child Care, locally. This includes programmatic support on services to enhance child care workforce and improve access for families. Serving as an Ex-Officio representing HHSA on the local child care planning council. My role involves collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including childcare providers, community organizations, government agencies, and advocacy groups, to develop and implement comprehensive strategies that promote the well-being and development of children and families.
