With over twenty years of experience in charter schools, Craig Beswick has a proven track record of leadership and innovation. Mr. Beswick earned undergraduate and master's degrees in education. He began his career in education in 2002.
In 2016, Mr. Beswick was appointed Vice President of School Development overseeing Career Technical Education, Grant and Fund Development, Workforce development through Jobs for America Graduates and played a key role in developing the Trauma-Resilient Educational Community (TREC) Model. He spearheaded the integration of this model across all Learn4Life schools, integrating Positive and Adverse Childhood Experiences (PACEs) Science into a transformative school culture.
