Collaborative relationships are woefully under-utilized and yet necessary for problem solving. A recent Gallup poll found that the most common answer regarding how many strategic partnerships an employee had was zero!!! And, yet if an employee reported just one collaborative relationship at work they were 29% more likely to say they will stay with their company for the next year and 42% more likely to intend to remain with their current employer for their entire career. 

This session provides specific language and a framework for thinking strategically about building complimentary friendships and partnerships. We will outline the advantages (and challenges) of creative collaboration, offer a roadmap for building collaboration and provide an opportunity to collaborate within the session as people work together to solve a puzzle. We’ve designed this session to be honest, fun, informative and a playful opportunity for people to experience the power of creative collaboration together.
