a. Sade Burrell, Ed.D., is a socially conscious leader with a deep commitment to diversity, access, and student success. She has dedicated over 15 years of her life and career to serving members of the community. With experience as a tenured faculty member and as an administrator, Dr. Burrell has inspired and empowered others through her own intersecting identities and using them to analyze her mindset and hone in on her skills and passions for serving others. Dr. Burrell seeks to create an equity-centered, assessment-based system by implementing and sustaining positive changes that benefit those she serves. She focuses her efforts on creating equitable access with consistently strong outcomes for all students, paying special attention to the needs of historically marginalized populations.
